Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to premium features until that time.
2. No Refund Policy
All subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your billing period. However, you will retain access to all premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Billing Cycle
Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing date. You can view your next billing date in your account settings.
4. Free Trial Period
If we offer a free trial period for premium features, you may cancel during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the applicable fee.
5. Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate all payment disputes and work to resolve them fairly. However, this does not guarantee a refund as all sales are final under normal circumstances.
6. Service Interruption
In the unlikely event of extended service interruption or technical issues that prevent you from accessing premium features for a significant period, we may, at our discretion, provide account credits or other compensation. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. Account Termination
If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be entitled to any refund of subscription fees. However, if we terminate your account for reasons other than Terms of Service violations, we may provide a prorated refund at our discretion.
8. Legal Requirements
This refund policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in a jurisdiction that requires refunds under certain circumstances, those laws will take precedence over this policy. Please contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law.
